New cosmetic launches pop up at least once a week. How new colors are consistently created amazes me...there is nothing new under the sun, yet new colors just keep arising! While new eye shadow colors can be fun to look at, sometimes the formula doesn't have the best application, or technology to back up it's pretty hue. Here is a new launch that I do appreciate the quality as well as the color. Laura Mercier's NEW Baked eye Colours ($22) are shadows that will last throughout the day. They are lightweight, smudge resistant, and able to be used wet (creamy consistency) or dry (great for contouring!).
