Give your lashes the Royal Treatment:

Let's push aside our "regular" black mascara, and explore the world of color!! Greens, blues, and purples!!! The color purple is associated with royalty, and nobility-and it is my favorite color. While I love it in clothes, home decor, and accessories...it's also one of the best eye color options out there. It's a sophisticated hue, without being too trendy, too obnoxious, or even too adventurous. It's appropriate for a bride on her wedding day, a professional day at work, and especially a night out on the town with that special someone.

Colorful mascara is a great way to dress up the eyes if you aren't in the mood to apply shadow...it is also a great way to alter the color of one's eyes, because purple brings out a green tone.

YSL Mascara is my secret, guilty pleasure. The consistency is creamy, it smells divine, and it makes my lashes look moist. It offers great volume and length! They have a variety of depths and tones, from deep plums and navys to vibrant aqua's and bold purples.

Hope your lashes enjoy their royal treatment decked out in purple.
